I recently sold an item. After I shipped the item the seller contacted me and wanted to cancel. I told her it was already shipped. She said she wanted to cancel because she had a promo for a free item but was charged for mine. What do I need to do since it’s already shipped? There is nothing wrong the item and I don’t want the seller to say otherwise and not get paid because she changed her mind. What do I need to do?
