I recently sold two colognes on Mercari to the same buyer and used the printable paid shipping labels from you guys. When I went to ship the items I was told that they have to be shipped as ground because they are perfumes. Since the labels you guys provided were priority I had to pay out of pocket to ship them ground and with that I was provided with two different tracking numbers than the ones presented to my buyer on Mercari. I sent the two tracking numbers to my buyers and I can see that they have received the items but I am not getting paid because the tracking numbers you guys provided me with are not being tracked any more. I just want to get my money as this was my first time using Mercari and paying out of pocket on top of the shipping I had already paid for is not what I wanted to do. I’m willing to let that go as long as I receive my money as the buyer did receive the items .
