I accidentally picked the wrong weight range for my package. I had the buyer pay for postage on a *-* pound item and it is actually in the *-** pound range. I am trying to just be charged the difference in shipping so the buyer is not responsible for it. I am also hoping to do this through mercari because the postage through the post office is **.** for something that would only cost $** via mercari. I do not want to cancel the transaction and further inconvenience the buyer.
GetHuman-marycumm did not yet indicate what Mercari should do to make this right.
