I sent an offer on a tapestry that was clearly listed as a Large tapestry. I wanted a reduced price on the item so I used the tools Mercari gives us and sent in an offer. The guy took too long to accept it and then asked me to send it again, so I did. The only difference was that the seller went in and changed the item description to a small tapestry, which is absolutely not what I wanted. Then, I asked him if we could please cancel the order because I thought I was ordering something other than what he had changed it to. Now the seller is being very unprofessional and arguing with me, saying that it’s my mistake when I simply used the tools given to us to try to get a better deal on something I needed and he went and switched the entire item. I want a refund. I do not want this item, I want my money returned to me.
