Hi, I sold a Katie mug to a customer and shipped it with FedEx smartport, then I got an email from you that item is getting returned to the sender. in fact, the mug made it all the way to the cistomer’s city and then for no reason changed the route. Fedex has no info as it is apperently usps. Usps has no information either, said its coming back. the customer wanted money back and cancel me the order, I offered to reship she didnt even reply. For no reason I am now left with insold product, unhappy customer and cancelation review on my page, and probably might not even able to resell the item for the same price. sadly its my issue now
