I received my item (a bottle of perfume) today, but during the shipment process, the bottle sustained damage. When I opened the package, there were cracks on the bottle, a few shards of glass, and much of the perfume had leaked out. I can't exactly return broken glass in the mail to the sender, especially since the item came broken. I am requesting a full refund since the item arrived in a condition that was not usable.
