Your holding my money. My wife was banned aparantley originally because she bought an item that she believed was not as advertised. When she tried to return it she was told they could not.....So she put it up for sale and even said in her listing it was not real.....Mercari then banned her.....She asked me if she could use my name ( mike Westervelt...husband). We sold a purse for $**** ...She said you wanted my ss number to transfer to the bank....I didn't want to do that so we went through the process getting all the info you wanted so the money could go directly to her account. When you found out it was her (whom you had banned for some unclear reason to me) you claim now you will hold our money until Febuary in case any one claims fraud.....No one ever claimed fraud and neither has the woman we sold the purse to a few months back. My wife is from the Philippines and very unknowing of what to explain or say in these issues. I myself have not wanted to be much involved however I know she enjoys buying and selling from Mecari. I'm asking that you review what I've explained. Even her first problem was from an item bought from your site that she tried to return and yet you banned her when she POSTED it on your site for resale.....how crazy is that....It didn't even sell! I'm hoping you will transfer our money immediately and allow her to start buying and selling should she desire.....No one has had a problem with her under my name or hers.It would be much better if you had a customer service number to call and explain...I'm just trying to resolve this
