I purchased two Iphone Xs' from the seller "APPLE" on *.**.**. The item number for the first is m***********. The phone has an IMEI of *************** which at the time of purchase was a "clean" IMEI according to the seller as well as AT&T's website. I purchased this phone for $*** and as of **.**.** the phone has been blacklisted per AT&T (I have proof via text message from AT&T directly). I am in the exact same situation with the second phone I purchased from the same seller, on the same day. The IMEI on the second phone is *************** and the item number is m***********. I purchased this phone for $***. **Upon delivery of the phones, everything worked perfectly, therefore I rated the seller as there were no issues. Not even a month later, I am in the position where I am out $****.** and have no working phones. **I'm hoping that Mercari stands by their "Buyer Guarantee", and refunds the total for the two phones. I would be more than happy to send them back or send them to you.**There is no way for me to know within * day of receiving these phones, that they were going to be blacklisted.
