Hello— I just bought an item that said buy now for ** (rather than **). Right after, I looked at the amount I was charged on my receipt and it shows itemized as sold at @** (free shipping) along with a personal coupon credit for purchasing my first item @-* with the total coming out to ** with free shipping. Could you please look at this product’s amendment history regarding the pricing and verify that the “buy now @$**” was noted at the time of purchase. Please also look into the buyer and provide the next steps for escalation as well as a contact to your claims department for loss and damage. Thank you for your time. Kate
