I recently have gotten a new phone and during the process of my apps and info being transferred from my old phone to my new one, the Mercari app automatically updated itself and logged me out of my account. I couldn’t remember my password so I hit the “forgot my password” option to have Mercari send me an email so I could reset my password. It’s been about a week and there is still not one email from Mercari in my mailbox. I have tried repeating this process every day time after time. This is really aggravating because I’m a seller and I have no idea if anyone is buying my products*messaging me about them. I also bought a few items and since I have basically no account anymore, I cannot rate the sellers I have bought from. I came to this Customer Service website hoping I can receive help to reset my password for my account. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I hope you can get back to me very soon.
