I recently sold my Iphone * plus on your app. My buyer is wanting a refund. First he is saying that the phone has a yellow line on my screen however it did not when I sent it. I put in detail that it had the scratch on the top left corner and that was it. Then he said that he did not recieve a charger, earphones, or box.. I never said or put anywhere that those were included. He was very much aware I did not have those to send or that they were not included with the phone. The shipping was a little delay but I also talked to him and let him know when the phone was going to be shipped. Also, after checking the shipping delivery I asked him making sure he got it because it said delivered * days ago and he never responded so I asked him to rate it so the money would transfer. That is not rushing him. This does not need to be refunded because first off I sent it very clean and my phone would now be coming back to me with a yellow line supposedly?? And he very much new it was phone only. And I even brought the price down for him... can someone please contact me as soon as possible.
