The issue in GetHuman-jackgerh's own words
Hi - just ordered a i* phone, but reread the description and see it is ambiguous as to wether the phone is unlocked or not. Seller says "EMEI is good" which would most likely indicate that the phone is unlocked, but could also mean only that the phone isn't reported as stollen. Seller also notes "Sprint Financed phone" which could mean either phone was used on the Sprint network, or is still owned by Sprint, with additional lease payments due, plus a buy out cost that must be paid before the phone is unlocked. I don't see any options to contact the seller, so how do I answer these questions? Obviously I want to cancel is phone is not unlocked.
