I sold some doll parts and a return was requested by the buyer. Mercari said message the customer. I did. She hasn't responded and it's been a week since the return request even though it's under review. I haven't heard anything from the customer or mercari. BTW, the customer didn't return my items. I would like to to resolve and get paid since it's been so long and the customer hasn't responded.
I trust that Mercari will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
