I called Mercari customer service yesterday because it would not allow me to add a credit card to my account. I received an email saying I had multiple account and they would delet the one that I use the less. After that the one I do use has been suspended. Before all of this I had no problem with this account. I really need help because I’m a seller and need to keep in contact with my customers.
I trust that Mercari will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
