contacted Megabus. selected round trip fare from Atlanta to mobile for Friday, dec. **, returniung Dec. **. Used Visa card. Never received confirmation*itinerary. I called customer service twice. Asked to speak to a supervisor. (turned out to be the same person I had talked to). I* am thoroughly confused, and still need to get to Mobile tomorrow.
