To Whom it May Concern at Megabus,**On Friday July ** I was on a mega bus trip from union station in Washington DC to New York City, except we did not make it to New York. **Our trip ended at the Grover Cleveland service area in seawall nj because of a lack of communication between megabus and its drivers. When I asked the driver why he had stopped, he said that he hit his hours and was done working. When asked if there will be a replacement, the driver said there is nobody here to drive the rest and that another driver was on his way but it could be up to an hour or more. **We were ** minutes from our destination. **As you can imagine, it was very infuriating to be stranded at a rest stop because Megabus did not account for a driver hitting his limit and the driver refusing to drive the last ** minutes or even communicate ahead of time that a replacement would be needed. We were in a bad situation which could have been avoided with even the slightest foresight by megabus.**Clearly MegaBus did not live up to its end of our contract as a paying customer, by completing the trip to New York and am therefore respectfully asking for a full refund of my ticket as well as the Uber Ride of $**.** I had to take to get to my destination. **Thank you for your attention to this matter and I look forward to hearing back. **Sincerely,*Eric Feldman
