This trip was canceled due to bad winter storm coming in.* *I received cancelation e-mail on **.**.**** but the e-mail link provided to re-schedule did not work!*So because of being unable to connect with the link I went to the main web side and traded in the ticket for **:** pm **.**.**** reservation ***-****-******-M**R-****-PIT- NEW but I had to pay trade in fee plus price difference for the new ticket.**Cost and Payment Summary**New Ticket Price: * $***.***Trade in Credit: * $*-**.***Booking Fee:* $**.***Trade in Fee:* $**.***Total Paid:* $***.***Worldpay's merchant reference: ********-***************Please let me know it their is a way to get a refund or credit for $**.** resulting from the price difference.**Milzen Suazo
