My fiancee and I just arrived in Montgomery Alabama at your stop and we're treated very poorly from the time we got off the bus. We stepped off the bus and to the side so we did not obstruct the other customers from boarding or leaving their bus, opened up one of our bags to put our blanket back in the bag because the bus was freezing the entire trip from Atlanta to Montgomery and we had to pull it out to try and stay warm. When we opened the bag your security officer immediately came over to us and told us we have to go across the street street to smoke a cigarette and then proceeds to stand there where she just told me that we could not smoke and smoked a cigarette herself along with * other black people as they chit chatted. At this point I had not even pulled a cigarette out of my pack to smoke but she had seen the pack I pulled out of my bag so that I could put it on top of my blanket in the bag. I then went inside to file a formal complaint and came back out for her to verbally attack us yet again because I had complained. She then tried to say my fiancee who doesn't smoke was smoking a cigarette and when we informed her that he doesn't even smoke she got louder and more aggressive. We gathered our belonging and left the property and called your customer service on the matter and they told me to email you. My ticket and confirmation are below. I thought it was bad that was arrived at your Memphis terminal several hours early and couldn't get any information on our bus until about an hour before departure. When I asked at the customer service desk I was informed that they have nothing to do with megabus and they were Greyhound , your competition so they wouldn't help us in any way to even ask where our bus was loading. This is the worse service I have ever recieved from Megabus. I want a full refund of both of our tickets as well as her being terminated due to prejudice behavior towards your customers.
