We were scheduled to leave on Dec**th at **am to go to Ridgewood NJ. But due to my having to go to the hospital for severe back pain we missed the bus. I called Mega bus and told them what happened. The person told me to contact *****@***.com. and get a note from the dr proving I was there. I called back mega bus and was told that no matter what I couldn't get my money back. I don't know your procedure but I would like my money back. Here the two reservations numbers.******-****-******-M**R****-ALB-RID*and the return is********-******-M**R-****-RID-ALB*Please look into this matter. Hoping you will do the right thing.
