Below are my details. **Reservation Number***-****-******-M**R-****-STA-NEW**Date: November **, **** *From: State College, PA, SW Corner of Walmart Parking Lot - **** N Atherton St. (*:** AM) *To: New York, NY, *th Ave and **th St (*:** AM) *Seat(s): * x General Seating**As seen in the evidence, I booked a general reserve seat for November ** on Sep **. However, when the bus came, the driver told me that there were no seats left. After saying that, he just left me in Walmart. Because of this, I had to catch another bus on my own. I was confused and could not understand this because Megabus explicitly said that **"Please also know that we don’t overbook seats on our buses. We have a seat for everyone who has purchased a ticket. Our aim is to get you on your way, as safely and quickly as possible. "**I also got an email that says "Please be advised that, due to high demand, additional buses will be operating this service. Please look out for a Coach USA branded bus when waiting." However, I waited till * am and I saw no Coach USA branded bus. **I sincerely request for a refund. ****Thank you, **Andrew Kim
