The issue in GetHuman-ray_russ's own words
We had a reservation today for a Megabus leaving Richmond to Washington D.C. Unfortuantely our flight to Richmond was delayed and we called as soon as we found out to change our megabus reservation. I was quickly told that the policy was to not have the resevation refunded and hung up on. I called again and was told the same thing but that I could change the reservation to another time if it was before * hours of my originial departure. At this point it was about * mins after the * hour mark even though I had originally called before hand and got hung up on. I later asked to speak with the manager or supervisor and was told that they wouldnt be able to help me and according to policies had to hang up. I have used megabus a couple of times and found it extremely disrespectful and not adequate to a level of great customer service. At this point I wanted ti change my reservation to a later time when I arrived or be refunded not only for the product I didnt use but also for the rude experience i had with your personel.
GetHuman-ray_russ did not yet indicate what Megabus should do to make this right.
