I purchased a ticket on oct ** from Charlotte to Washington DC leaving on October ** at **:**pm. On my way to the bus I could not find my reservation on my phone so I had to purchase another ticket in order to get on the bus. After reaching my home in Washington I searched my phone and found the first reservation that I purchased on oct **, which was priced at $**.**, reservation **-****-******-M**R-****-CHR-WASH. Second reservation that I had to purchased just before I boarded the bus **-****-******-M**R-****-CHR-WASH was priced at $**.**. Bus driver informed me to contact customer service and they would make the adjustment for me. Hope that this can be credited back to my credit card. If you need any more information, please let me know and I will forward it to you. I had also purchased a ticket for $*.** which was leaving on the oct ** but decided to stay a few more days and did not use the ticket.*Thanking you in advance I am.*Rose Stroud*(***)***-*****(***)********
