Help with my Megabus issue

I booked roundtrip reservation with Megabus from Memphis to St Louis on the ** pm bus arriving at *:** am in St Louis for ********. I booked a connecting travel with Amtrack for * am from St Louis to Springfield IL arriving at * am.**The Mega bus did not arrive until **:** pm with departure from Memphis at **pm which would not get me to my connection in time. **Because my trip was imperative that I arrive in Springfield by * am I had to take another method of travel that cost me additional funds. When contacting Megabus I was told by Latoya*supervisor that my ticket could not be refunded and she made no attempt to provide customer service when it was Megabus that was late and did not inform the customers after waiting over hours *-*** for the bus to arrive.**I have found this company to be uncaring with unethical principles for their services when you have no recourse for customers when the company and staff are at fault. The security guard was rude using vulgar language in the midst of children and elderly people.**So I am left to give my $**.** to Megabus as stated by Latoya because there is no refund policy. It is so terrible that this company policy doesn't have room to show compassion to their customers for their error.**When calling Amtrack they had no problem refunding the ticket and showed compassion for what I had to endure.**I would like Megasbs to refund my ticket cost.
