GetHuman-fatmagu's customer service issue with Megabus from August 2018
Help with my Megabus issue
The issue in GetHuman-fatmagu's own words
I booked * return tickets from New York to Washington and Washington to New York for Monday the *th of August ****. On the *th, I received an email from Megabus telling me that the trip from Washington to New York was cancelled. As I didn’t have time to make other arrangements and change the dates ( my friends and I were going back to France on the *th of August), I asked for a refund but I just received **,**€ while I paid **,**€. So I suppose that I only got a refund for the tickets for the trip from Washington to New York. My friends and I were really disappointed because we couldn’t go and visit Washington as we had planned. We consider Megabus responsible for the cancellation of the trip and we would like to get a refund for the whole trip.
