I bought a Megabus ticket for what I thought was Friday the *th at *:** PM. After I booked, I realized that the *th was Thursday, not Friday. I immediately called Megabus to have the ticket switched to Friday the **th. However, the last bus on Friday is at **:** PM. Since I have a job interview at *:** PM that I can't miss, I was not able to book a Friday bus ticket. Since there are no buses available for the time I need, I requested a refund. Megabus can't provide the service I paid for, and so they must issue me a refund. I understand that I checked a box that said that there are no refunds, but I did not give them permission to steal from me. The price of the ticket is not an insignificant expense for me. They must allow for a margin of human error.
