Get credit to take trip on later time or date. ... I booked a Megabus going to Cleveland,Ohio from Chicago, Illinois for July *, **** at *am. I arrived **m prior to departure. Due to poor customer services & unnoticeable advertising for the alternative bus (not a Megabus) Skyline, the bus left the pick up location without several passengers including I. Employees who were to inform us of departure didn’t properly announce to customers at the end of the **-** persons line that was formed to aboard buses, that the alternate bus was indeed a Megabus leaving for Cleveland, Ohio. I contacted customer service via phone & was disappointed to hear that I would have to pay again for my trip. Although I wasn’t properly informed by the people who are employees for Megabus that the bus was indeed there & leaving prior to th buses departure. I would like to get a refund or comped for later bus leaving for Cleveland, Ohio.
I am unable to get money to return home in a timely manner. I’m a single parent on a fixed income & I didn’t expect the service providers (employees) to be poorly trained.

I am a new customer to Megabus, but I am very disappointed with over the phone customer experience as well as the company’s compassion for newly traveling customers.
I’ve called customer service to explain situation but unfortunately, my issue was not fixed fairly. Although I am a new customer & I’ve never traveled before.
