*-****-******-M*R-****-UOW-MN*Please help!!!! **I am begging someone to help. My daughter boarded a MegaBus in Madison Wisconsin at *:** am. JUNE **, ****. She put a large red and black duffle bag under the bus. The bus stopped in Saint Paul at ***am, then at her stop in Minneapolis at ***am. **HER BAG WAS NOT ON THE BUS IN MINNEAPOLIS.**The bus driver acted like he didn’t know where it went. He is on tape removing it from under the bus, in Saint Paul and giving it to a man. We know this because we drove to Saint Paul and spoke to the security at union station. They verified her bag on camera, the bus driver, a women and a man receiving the bag. The camera showed the woman leaving and the man going inside and talking to an attendant in The Jefferson Line office, then leaving with the bag. He put it in his car, which is on tape, license and all.*We spoke to the Jefferson line attendant, who said a man tried to turn the bag into him, because he took it by mistake, thinking he was helping a woman with her luggage. Her bag was on the bus STILL!*The Jefferson line attendant told him to call the MegaBus *** number.*We have filed a police report, called MegaBus and given a lost bag report....*Nothing has been done to retrieve her bag! The security office won’t give us the car license number. MegaBus won’t call back the countless calls we make to get any information. The police won’t follow up in anyway.*My daughter is a ** year old grad student at The University of Minnesota. Everything for summer she owns was in that bag. All her clothes, shoes, toiletries, medication. We’ve made a list of what she can remember, and new she had more than $**** worth of things. *This all seems so crazy! Your bus driver went under the bus and gave a man a bag that wasn’t his OR the woman he was trying to help. Your attendant in the office would not except the bag back from him. Your loss department won’t communicate with us. *We know who took it, he wanted to give it back! *PLEASE HELP US GET IT BACK TODAY. We will drive to get it!
