Hello Megabus, I have a simple request for assistance. Last year I traveled with you all on a lovely trip to San Francisco from Los Angeles. The trip to San Francisco was wonderful and very enjoyable but the trip back to Los Angeles was many hours late. Luckily, due to your customer service, I received a small credit for my late bus ride through a redemption code. The redemption code is: GCOHCQ-*NOXJ*, the valued amount is $** and the expiration date is **********. The email* message for the redemption code sated that: "Redemption codes can be * used to pay for your megabus.com journey. Please enter your * redemption code(s) on the megabus.com basket page. You may use multiple redemption codes to pay for your order. Any remaining balance on your order must be paid with another payment method. Each * redemption code is only valid for a single transaction and any unused* value will be forfeited." I wish to use this $** amount but saw no * place in the "basket" to enter such a code. Could you please help me by appying my $** credit to my current trip? My current trip is: Reservation summary: AG*R*IQ, Reservation * number: *-****-******-M**R-****-LOS-SFR, Ticket Details: Date: May * **, **** From: Los Angeles, CA, Union Station's Patsaouras Transit * Plaza Bay * (*:** AM) To: San Francisco, CA, San Francisco Caltrain * Stn - Townsend St eastbound, at the corner of *th St (*:** PM) Seat * (s): * x General Seating Passengers: * Price: $**.**. I would like to receive a $** credit to my account and redeem the amount of the voucher. This would be a really big help and I would appreciate anything that you can do for me to assist me in receiving this credit on my ticket so that I can continue as a satisfied customer of megbus.com and enjoy even more truly affordable vacations. How GetHuman670140 fixed the problem
The no wait call was great and I had to call back three times before the agent stayed in the line. It was great not to have to wait. After I spoke to the agent, she told me very clearly how to fix my problem and I went to the website and traded in my old ticket for the same times and dates so that I could use my redemption code and I ended up getting a free trip using the reception code, which was all I wanted. Thank you get human.com. This service really saved me a lot of stress.
