Hi, I went to McDonald’s .. it took ages to get through drive thought ... told the code kept waiting a while whilst they sorting ask for payment and told them we already payed to... then told to go next payment window who flagged us through said all ok after given code ... got to window to receive food and lady gave ya wrong food then asked what we ordered and said we gave no order like that.. she got manager (Kamil) who was very bad manned .. kept telling us we should of told them the order to put through system I said done what the staff told us to do and he kept saying we in wrong and should of told them after and we have to go round again ... after waiting ages we gone off without food but now out of pocket .. so like refund and apologies..
