I am a new user on Match, and I am having trouble editing my profile. When I tried to save changes, like my hometown, it wasn't working. Eventually, I accidentally made my profile disappear. After attempting to log back in, I received a message in red telling me that my account has been blocked. Now, I am unable to access my new Match account to make any edits. I am experiencing difficulties accessing my profile. When I enter my email address, I am prompted to complete a Captcha security check, where I have to verify pictures by ticking boxes repeatedly. Despite my efforts, the site keeps presenting more challenges, preventing me from logging in. When I first signed up for match.com, I was receiving notifications about likes, but I couldn't view them as they appeared blurred out. After upgrading to a premium membership, the likes seemed to have vanished. Recently, after months of not receiving any likes, I suddenly got three likes this morning. However, when I tried to see who they were from, I was prompted again to upgrade to a premium membership, even though I already had one. When I checked my account, it confirmed my premium status, but the likes had disappeared just like before. I am starting to suspect that this might be a scam and I am now requesting a full refund of the amount I paid for the premium membership. This is the only resolution I am looking for at this point.

I deleted my Match.com account previously, and now I want to create a new one using the email [redacted] However, I received an error saying the email is already registered. When trying to log in, I couldn't access my old account and requested a password reset link, but it hasn't arrived in over 24 hours. Hello, For the past 12 hours, I have been facing issues accessing my Match account. I keep receiving an error message stating, "an unknown error has occurred." Despite attempting to reset my password, I have not received any reset emails from Match. It seems like my account may have disappeared or possibly been blocked. Could you please assist me in determining the cause of this issue? I also have a subscription. Despite trying various methods to log in, I continue to encounter the same unknown error message. I previously discussed this issue earlier this week. I suspect that a hacker interfered with my attempt to contact Match.com on Tuesday, the 3rd, regarding the cancellation of my subscription. After calling a phone number related to Match, I was directed to visit Match.com/help. A person named S. Patel assisted me for two hours in a complex process to stop my subscription and obtain refunds for the past four charges. Despite his professionalism and persuasiveness, I began to have doubts about the steps he asked me to take, such as sending myself gift cards through Apple Pay and creating "dummy" Cash App accounts. When he requested I buy a $[redacted] Target gift card, which later escalated to $[redacted], I realized I was being scammed. After voicing my suspicions, he insisted it was legitimate. However, I recognized the deception and declined to proceed further. I later contacted another individual whom I thought was a Match employee, who provided inadequate explanations. Feeling frustrated and deceived, I am taking steps to report this incident to the relevant authorities. I urge Match.com to address these issues promptly and improve their customer support to prevent such scams in the future.

When responding to Match's profile questions about preferences and deal-breakers, I always mention two important factors for me: I don't want matches who smoke or African American women. Recently, I received an email from Match with recommended profiles, and all the choices were African American women. This has happened before, despite my clear preferences. It's frustrating when Match doesn't seem to consider members' answers. Smoking is another deal-breaker for me, but I encounter these matches less often. Match, it's time to pay attention and address these issues.

This is my third attempt to reach out regarding my experience on Match.com. I joined and paid $[redacted].89, only to realize I was scammed. The person I interacted with did not match the profile, showing signs of disjointed communication and suspicious behavior. I have repeatedly requested a refund but was denied due to usage. I request this matter to be escalated for investigation as I believe the individual might be a scammer. Hello, I created an account on match.com, but closed it less than 12 hours later. I had to pay to see potential matches, but when I saw there weren't many within a 10-mile radius, I decided to close my account. Despite this, payments have been deducted from my account. I am reaching out to seek assistance with the following concerns: 1. I initially signed up for a 6-month Match subscription through Apple on my phone. However, you mentioned it did not process and refused to acknowledge it. 2. Despite receiving a refund from Apple, I am disappointed that you did not honor it. 3. Subsequently, I signed up for a 6-month subscription at $[redacted].28 using my American Express card with a 35% discount. 4. Things were going well until I received an email stating that you issued a refund of $[redacted] which I have not seen. 5. My subscription was abruptly canceled after paying $[redacted]+ without my authorization or request for a refund. 6. I now find myself without a refund of $[redacted].28 and without an active Match subscription to access my messages and likes. I am extremely frustrated with this situation and am kindly requesting an active 6-month subscription that I have paid for. Under the account name Tami134, I, Tami Scott, unsubscribed from your emails around a year ago. Now, I would like to start receiving promotional emails from your company. I attempted to log in following the "forgot password" instructions using my email, but I have not received any response from your side. I also checked my spam folder without finding any emails from you. My main goal is to receive your promotions and potentially resubscribe and reactivate my account during a sale that catches my interest.

I recently joined Match, but I am having trouble logging in. I keep getting prompted to verify my phone number, and even though I enter it correctly, it's not being accepted. When I tried contacting customer support through the chat line, I was directed to a tech support who asked me to fill out a form and pay $2 for a monthly subscription. I realized that I have been purposely overcharged for my Match.com subscription. The regular rate is around $20 per month, but I've been charged over $39 every two weeks, double the usual price. I haven't requested any extra services, and I've had no luck getting in touch with Match to address this issue. Attempts to contact them by phone and email have been unsuccessful, with emails bouncing back as undeliverable. Even calling the supposed Texas corporate office number led nowhere. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.
