I did not do a re enrollment in my premium membership, as I do not have the budget for it because of our current pandemic situation. I have cancelled my membership last week and yesterday, while checking the free message I received from an eMail reminder to me from Match.com, when I signed in, I could see all my information again as a premium membership member. May I remind you that I did not, nor have any intention of re enrolling at this time. **I thought perhaps my premium membership may be free for a limited time, as I have been receiving eMails that it is free for me to send messages for a limited time.**I then checked my credit card and found that Match has charged me the full amount for six months membership. I have sent eMail, and the two responds I received only provided information how I could view a profile.**May you please cancel my premium membership and issue me a refund?**Thank you.
