Hello, I have been using your site for a week and the men matched with me are disappointing. I'd like more information on how to contact match.com. The men lack refinement, and the age range is not suitable. I tried calling to cancel but found the wrong number on the website. The person who answered said they had informed match.com about this issue. If my cancellation is not processed promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. Please cease all email communications from the 9th of December [redacted], as it feels like harassment. Those responsible for matching individuals should be held accountable for their poor choices. Rest assured, I am not desperate.

I'm experiencing two issues: 1. I'm unable to contact Match for help. The website mentions that cookies are not blocked, but I confirmed that they are enabled in both Safari and Chrome. I attempted to call the [redacted] number, but after selecting an option, the hold music abruptly stopped without any further response. 2. I've observed that many messages I send remain unread by recipients who have previously interacted with my profile. Although I can see that these individuals are online because of my replies, the messages never indicate as "read." This makes it challenging to know if they have viewed my message or not. Moreover, during my attempts to seek assistance by phone, the hold music ceases abruptly, leaving me uncertain about the status of the call. Thank you for your assistance.

My subscription expired the same day I was alerted to fraud on my credit card. The card was canceled along with my subscription. Despite contacting customer service to reactivate my account with a new credit card, I was informed they could not retrieve and reactivate it. While the initial customer service representative recognized my account, photos, and details, the issue was not resolved when escalated. I was told to sign up again with a different email address. Additionally, I lost access to my profile, which I had worked on for days, and the pictures I no longer have elsewhere. It seems like a straightforward solution, yet I am being denied. The escalated customer service representative, Otto R., has stopped responding to my emails. I am prepared to use a different card and renew my subscription that I've had intermittently since [redacted].

G.V. displays a pattern of behavior that indicates he may have a sexual addiction, engaging with women through dating sites, chat rooms, and video chat applications, predominantly seeking interaction with individuals within the 18-25 age range. It is concerning to note that despite being a 39-year-old parent, he manipulates conversations with unsuspecting individuals by portraying himself as a victim in previous relationships and garnering sympathy before soliciting intimate images. His actions involve the use of text and burner apps to communicate, often leading to the sharing of explicit content. We urge for appropriate action to be taken regarding this matter. The individual in question, Gregory Voss, is reported to be employed at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama. I spent over £[redacted] to sign up for match.com hoping for good access but I have been disappointed with the site. The app frequently fails to load properly, citing connectivity issues (even though my other apps work fine) and when it does work, it isn't user-friendly. I am having trouble logging in to my Match account despite following all the instructions provided. I changed my password and attempted to access Match.com, Match.ca, and Match mobi without success. I managed to log in once after half an hour, but the website went down shortly after. I found a great guy I was interested in, but when I tried to message him, the page went down again. Since around 10 to 11 in the morning today, I have encountered difficulties accessing my Match account via my Windows 7-operated Dell Inspiron computer. Upon trying to log in, I am presented with a message stating, "Our site may be experiencing technical difficulties, or we may be working to enhance this feature." I recently renewed my account a few days ago, and whenever I attempt to read an email from another member on your site, a page consistently appears about reading the rules and safety tips. I had an account with Match.com but found the app not to my liking. I didn't have any success with it, so I canceled my account with Match.com 4 months ago. I didn't receive a refund for the 4 months I had already paid for, and now $[redacted].80 has been deducted from my bank account. This is not how a reputable business should operate; it feels more like theft. I would appreciate a refund of my money back into my account.
