If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I had canceled my one year subscription last week and said I wanted the * month subscription instead. So, I was deducted $**.** and reimbursed the $***.**. I don't have access to my account because it says I need to reactivate, but I don't want to be charged again. What do I do? Will I be charged $**.** again if I click "Reactivate your subscription". This is what it says verbatem:**You requested that your subscription end on ************Reactivate your subscription now to ensure that you:*Don't miss a single message*Keep seeing who's viewed you*Lock in your great rate**When you reactive, your subscription will automatically renew and your card will be charged automatically at the agreed-upon rate in accordance with your prior authorization, unless you cancel.**The lady already charged me and it came out of my account..is this saying I will be charged AGAIN!?
