I wanted to warn everyone about a user named Greg Voss. He frequently uses different email addresses and is active on various dating sites. Greg may not upload a picture, and we have identified him on Match and Meetville. He has both real and fake accounts on these platforms. Greg is known for being a sex addict and engages in video chatting with women on dating sites and chat rooms. He uses text and burner number apps to communicate with females, usually targeting those aged between 18 and 25. Despite being 39 years old with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, he manipulates women by acting sweet, shy, and sympathetic. He often shares false information about himself, including his age, and disappears after exchanging pictures. If you encounter him, please be cautious. His real name is Gregory Voss, and he is associated with Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama. He resides in Adamsville, Alabama. You can reach him at [redacted], and some of his known email addresses include [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]

I signed up for Match.com last year for a 1-month trial, choosing the highest price to avoid a longer commitment. Despite never intentionally extending the subscription, £44.99 has been deducted from my account monthly. Cancelling was difficult due to non-functional online links and unreachable contact numbers. Eventually, following advice from others, I successfully cancelled. However, I recently realized that I am still being charged £45 monthly for the subscription. Frustrated with the service, I discovered that my supposedly closed account is still active. Please assist me with this issue.

I recently noticed a charge of $[redacted].94 deducted from my bank account without any prior notice or authorization. I haven't used Match in years and cannot afford such unexpected withdrawals, especially given my current financial situation due to medical bills from heart issues and a stroke over the last 2.5 years. I kindly request a refund of the $[redacted].94 taken from my account and ask that there be no further unauthorized charges. The email linked to my old Match account is [redacted], and you can reach me at [redacted]. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I joined around 25/05/19 and subscribed for 2 months at £39.99 per month. I became widowed in February this year, and in a moment of loneliness, made a hasty decision. After just two weeks, I canceled my second month and terminated my Match subscription in early June. I was displeased to notice that many men exploited Match's free trial, with others seeking only physical relationships, not companionship. In my mid-seventies, I was uninterested in such connections. I was surprised by the number of significantly younger individuals seeking an older companion. I am upset that Match has been debiting my bank account without my authorization until 26/7/19, and I demand this to cease immediately. I expect to be refunded from 26/6/19 onwards or I will escalate this issue to the Small Claims Court (Scottish Law). If I do not receive a full reimbursement,

Hello, I thought I had unsubscribed from Match.com a few months ago, assuming my account was deleted. Despite this, I continue to receive emails with matches, and recently, I received an email reporting that I was logged in from a new device. I've been attempting to log in to verify if it was me; however, I forgot my password, and the email for creating a new one hasn't been sent to me.

I signed up for Match on 25/5/19 and opted for a two-month subscription at £29.99. Unfortunately, I quickly realized this was a hasty choice after losing my spouse. Most men seemed focused on sex, even the younger ones. Additionally, many had signed up for the free trial. At 71, I'm not interested in toy boys or casual encounters. I cancelled the second month early on, but Match kept withdrawing funds illegally from my account until 25/7/19. I demand a refund promptly or I will escalate this issue to The Small Claims Court in accordance with Scottish Law. I look forward to a swift resolution.

When accessing Match.com on my laptop, I don't see any "like me" notifications. However, when I use the Match.com app on my phone, it shows that I have 6 notifications. I had trouble logging into Match.com a few months ago due to having an old account. Both the phone app and the laptop show the same updated profile information, except for the notification count. I've been trying to get a subscription for over a month and have had ongoing issues with the site, despite reaching out through online chat and email. I would also like to request a free trial to resolve this situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am looking forward to a response.

I am writing regarding an email I received on 8/4/19 from Nicole L. with the subject "Match Account Inquiry [Incident: [redacted]77]." The email stated that my account was terminated without providing a specific reason. I replied on 8/7/19 seeking clarification. Subsequently, I received a similar email from James M. on 8/12/19 with the subject "Match Account Notice [Incident: [redacted]82]." This email also lacked a clear explanation for the termination. I am eager to have a conversation by phone to understand the exact cause of my account termination as it remains unclear to me. Please contact me at [redacted].

I have been trying to reach Match.com for assistance without success, as my calls are being redirected to The Philippines where they are unable to help me. I believe my account was unjustly blocked within the first month, and despite being a respectful user, no explanation was given for the suspension. Match.com then charged me for 12 months without clarification. I simply seek to understand the cause of this action as I have always been honest and law-abiding on the platform. It is only fair to provide customers with transparency regarding such decisions so they can correct any unintentional mistakes.

I wanted to bring to everyone's attention that Greg Voss has reappeared on Match. There have been numerous reports stating that Greg Voss uses multiple email addresses and frequents various dating sites, including Match and Meetville. It seems he has both real and fake accounts and is known to target women on these platforms. Greg has a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, yet his behavior suggests he preys on women aged 18-25. He disguises himself, lies about his age, and manipulates women by sharing false stories to gain their sympathy before engaging in inappropriate behavior. Greg works at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, and resides in Adamsville, Alabama. His contact details include the phone number [redacted] and email addresses: [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] We need to take action to address this concerning behavior.

I am disappointed with the recent communication mix-up. Despite numerous phone calls and discussions, there seems to have been a misunderstanding regarding my one-month subscription without renewal. The individual I spoke with guaranteed that the issue would be resolved; unfortunately, I now receive excessive emails with irrelevant photos. I appreciate straightforward communication and feel frustrated by the time wasted due to poor listening skills. To reiterate, my intention was a one-time, one-month subscription only. I will contact you shortly to rectify this recurring problem promptly. Please prioritize effective customer service and cease sending unsolicited emails to prevent further inconvenience. Rest assured, I will address this matter decisively. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I would like to report a concerning individual using various dating sites with different email addresses, Greg Voss. He has accounts on platforms like Match and Meetville without proper identification. Voss, a 39-year-old with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, manipulates and deceives women online. He pretends to be someone else, using fake photos and inaccurate personal information to engage in inappropriate relationships. Voss is known to frequent chat rooms, video apps, and texting platforms, pressuring women for pictures and engaging in explicit conversations. His behavior is predatory and alarming. He operates under aliases, but his real identity is Gregory Voss, possibly employed at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama. Please take action to safeguard others from his harmful actions. You can reach him at [redacted] or through emails like [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] Thank you.

Hello, I signed up for match.com for one day about a month ago and was supposed to be charged only £6.99. I cancelled on the same day, but I was actually charged £29.99, which was not what I agreed to. Currently, a pending charge of £29.99 is showing up in my account. I am requesting a refund for the additional amount taken from my account. This experience has left me disappointed, and I may not use match.com in the future due to this issue. Other dating sites do not have this kind of problem. Thank you! Sonya M.

Dear Team, I signed up for Match last week, feeling hesitant. After losing my fiancé almost two years ago, I hoped this step would aid in my healing process. However, I find myself unhappy and uneasy. It seems I'm not prepared for this just yet. I opted for a six-month subscription, but I doubt I'll continue for the full duration. I am seeking guidance on how to cancel my subscription. If necessary, I am willing to pay for a month and kindly request a refund for the remaining five months. I intend to return when the time is right. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Nora

I have recently discovered that I have been erroneously charged for several months for your service without ever requesting it. Due to a crisis situation, I missed these fraudulent charges until now. I require a full refund for all the charges incurred. I am hesitant to see how many months I have been charged $40. Please address this promptly and efficiently. Thank you.

I updated my Match account online yesterday, changing my profile picture and introductory remarks. Shortly after, the site disappeared. Upon finding it again, I attempted to sign in but was unable to do so. I received a message stating that Match.com had blocked me. I have sent multiple messages since then with no resolution. Today, I contacted Match.com headquarters, but I am still blocked from accessing my account. My Match.com username is my email, [redacted] My phone number is [redacted], and my zip code is [redacted]. I urgently request that my issue be addressed promptly. I eagerly await a favorable response. Thank you and kind regards, Miss Kumba Brewah.

It appears that there have been multiple instances of men on this platform engaging in fraudulent activities, such as the individual now using the screen name "Bammer2523." This person, who is actually 59 years old, has been involved in domestic violence and manipulating others. It is important to be cautious and investigate further to prevent any harm. The mention of previous members granting unauthorized access to non-paying scammers should raise concerns about security. It is essential for the company to address these issues promptly and protect users from potential scams. The safety and well-being of the users should be the top priority.

I have noticed an alarming trend of fraudsters on this platform. Previously, I reported a member who shared his access with others to scam your clients, specifically Deron who was involved in an $80,[redacted] fraudulent check scheme. Despite my efforts to help the company prevent this, no action was taken. The individual known as bammer [redacted] is a dangerous man who has weapons in his house and has victimized at least four people he met on Match simultaneously. When confronted, he becomes aggressive, stalks, belittles, and exploits individuals for financial gain. He manipulates situations by involving his neighbors to intimidate those who speak up against him. It's concerning that Match seems to be his primary platform for these deceitful activities. I encountered a similar situation where my card was skimmed at a corner store resulting in five unauthorized transactions to Match. Such incidents highlight the urgent need for stricter security measures. I will be filing police reports soon to address these issues.

I am requesting a full refund for my subscription to the dating app. Initially, I was frustrated as I believed the cost would be $8.95 per month, but my account was charged $50 all at once. Since downloading the app, I have encountered multiple issues. My experience with this app has been disappointing compared to other platforms like Tinder. Within the short time I have had this app, it frequently displays errors such as "anonymous token error" and "wires are crossed," making it unusable. I attempted to reach out to customer service to cancel but was unable to due to business hours. Today, when I called again, I was informed the system was down and to call back later before the call was abruptly ended. I am frustrated with these technical problems and would appreciate a prompt cancellation and refund.
