I would like to request the cancellation of my subscription after the current paid month. The matches provided do not meet my criteria as requested. I would appreciate it if you could stop sending me notifications about messages from match clients to my email address. It's frustrating to receive these emails while not being able to receive one regarding a password change. Thank you.

Good evening, I contacted customer support earlier today regarding a woman named Natalie Smith on a dating site who requested money from me. She claimed to be stuck in a hotel room in Cape Town, Africa, with frozen accounts due to Amazon charges. She asked for financial help to purchase art for her gallery back in the States. She mentioned her location was Nashville, but after checking her number, it showed she was in Sevierville, TN. Over six weeks, she asked for money for various reasons, including changing her flight to the Tri Cities Airport. She showed me pictures of art in a studio but the situation seemed suspicious. I am a Christian business owner and felt compelled to report this. If necessary, can you locate her based on her phone number [redacted]? Any assistance provided would be appreciated in this matter. Thank you for your support. Brett Lemley

I have not received my refund from you. I requested my profile to be removed from the site, but I got charged for another subscription. This is now a police matter because my profile is still active. I canceled this a month ago, and you were supposed to refund my money due to unsatisfactory service. It's been terrible. Why hasn't my profile been removed, and why haven't I been refunded? Please rectify this error as my safety is at risk because of this issue and refund my money. Thank you.

Hello, I recently bought a 6-month membership for $24.99, not realizing it would be a one-time charge of $[redacted].99. I was expecting a monthly fee of $24.99, which is more affordable for me at the moment. I would like a full refund promptly. I enjoyed using the website more than others I've tried, but unfortunately, the current price is too high for me. I hope to return in the future to purchase the membership again.

I requested a cancellation and refund of my subscription four weeks ago, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have not received a response and feel my safety is at risk. Please address this fraudulent situation promptly. You can contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]9. My address is 28 Chantry Gardens, Carrickfergus, BT388GE. Given the urgency of the situation, I have involved the police for security reasons. Please respect my request to remove my profile and issue the refund without further delay. Thank you, Marguerita Newberry.

I would like to bring to your attention an individual named Greg V. who has created multiple fake accounts on various dating sites. He often conceals his identity and true motives. Greg V. uses dating platforms, chat rooms, and video chatting apps to engage with women, particularly targeting those aged 18-25. Despite being a 39-year-old with teenage children, he portrays a false persona to lure women. Greg V. manipulates conversations to solicit inappropriate images and information from unsuspecting users. It is imperative that action is taken to address this concerning behavior. The individual's real name is Gregory Voss, and he is associated with a company called Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama. He resides in Adamsville, Alabama, and can be reached at [redacted]. I canceled my account in July, just after a week, as I wasn't satisfied with it. I noticed a charge of $[redacted] on my card, and I would like a refund. I've tried calling your customer service line, but the calls get disconnected after a short wait. Please refund the $[redacted] to my card ending in [redacted]. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to escalate it with my credit card company and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Thank you.

I canceled my auto-renewal in September and received an email confirmation. However, today they said they have no record of it! I'm confused and frustrated. Here is the email I received: Subject: Match Billing Inquiry Dear Viviane, I apologize for the trouble you are experiencing in canceling your auto renewal. I have now processed the cancellation of your subscription to prevent future billing. You will retain subscriber benefits until the subscription end date on 11/22/[redacted]. After this date, while you can still access Match, you won't have access to subscriber-only features like email. If you wish to hide your profile from the site, follow the instructions given in the link provided. I hope this solution is satisfactory. If you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out. Regards, Benzon M. Match Customer Care

I want to report a user, Greg Voss, who is still active on your website. He uses multiple email addresses and frequents various dating platforms. Greg Voss works at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, and resides in Adamsville, Alabama. I would like to discuss the 3-month subscription I signed up for and the unexpected charges. Despite choosing a 3-month membership, I was charged for 6 months. Additionally, I did not receive the 35% discount as advertised. I was enticed by the discounts and sample profiles. Instead of being charged $[redacted].25 for 6 months and an additional $66.17, I was expecting a 35% discount which would be $71.01 for the 6 months. Moreover, I was unaware that the purple star feature incurred charges for message access. I would like to request a refund of $66.17 and the overcharged amount of $[redacted].25 returned to my card. If I could receive the 6-month subscription for $71.01, I would be satisfied. Alternatively, I am open to a 35% discount on the 3-month subscription. I appreciate your assistance in resolving these billing discrepancies. Thank you, John 😊.

Hello, I attempted to register for a trial subscription yesterday, but it did not go through. Instead, I was charged for three months without the trial. When I tried to cancel, it offered me a 3-for-1 month deal, which I agreed to. However, it extended my current three months to a total of six months, which was not my intention. I am seeking a refund as my initial goal was to enjoy a trial period. If I found profiles of interest, I had no issue with paying for three months. I have used Match intermittently for a few years and previously had no trouble receiving a trial. Approximately a year ago, I encountered a similar issue and ended up paying for three months. This time, I would prefer a refund. I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you, Erin

I would like to cancel my Match.com subscription immediately. I've been disappointed with the service due to encountering numerous fake profiles and feeling like everything comes at an additional cost. With only one response received, I am unimpressed, especially after learning about the past lawsuits involving deceptive practices and scamming allegations. It's disheartening to see dating platforms taking advantage of individuals searching for genuine connections. Please refund $[redacted].25 and $60.17 back to my card promptly. I am prepared to escalate this with my legal team if necessary. Thank you. - John

My account keeps getting blocked when I try to sign in, happening at least ten times every week. There seems to be a recurring issue that needs to be addressed urgently. I am frustrated and exhausted by this problem, especially because customer support is only available for short periods during the week and unavailable on weekends when I need help the most. This is a major flaw in your business model. I am not receiving the service I am paying for and due to these ongoing technical difficulties, I have decided not to renew my subscription. I have tried other websites, and the technical problems on Match are the most severe I have encountered.

We exchanged texts and decided to meet for a date. The dinner was pleasant, followed by a walk. Initially, the walk was enjoyable with a view of the water and the bay bridge near my place. However, things escalated quickly when he unexpectedly kissed me and it became too intense for my liking. Although I consented at first, I felt uncomfortable. He then proceeded to kiss my neck without consent. When he suggested going to his place, I declined, which he didn't seem to appreciate. Our communication worsened later on, with him accusing me of creating drama which I felt was unfair, leading me to stop talking to him. My mind was clouded due to my father's impending passing, which affected my judgment during the date. Now that things have settled with my dad, I am contemplating returning to Match. I have a paid subscription until November and would like to extend it for December and January, but I need to update my payment method from Visa to ensure continuity. How can I make this change on my account?

My current email address associated with my match account, [redacted], has been hacked. I suspect it was done by someone I recently stopped dating. Please do not contact [redacted] Instead, please reach out to me at [redacted] or call [redacted]. The person I suspect, Brian F., who messaged me on match.com, might have tampered with my account. I am unable to change my password now due to the compromised email. Can you update the email to [redacted] so I can reset my password? I'm concerned about Brian making threats and his behavior. I feel he may harm other women. Thank you for your attention. Carolyn A. [redacted] [redacted]

I have encountered individuals with criminal background checks contacting me and my friend through match.com. Some of them, who are involved in computer-related activities, are hindering us from meeting quality individuals. My account shouldn't be blocked as I work in a clinical role in Southern AZ during the week and have limited online access due to the remote location where I work with patients. It's concerning as someone accessed my credit card information, leading me to get new cards and prompting my credit card issuers to be more vigilant, with the only plausible source being social networks. There are individuals on platforms like My Life defaming both men and women from social networks. It's challenging to block such disruptive individuals, and undesirables have managed to slip through, especially for my best friend and me as a widow. Despite my minimal online activity due to work commitments, my account shouldn't be blocked. Unfortunately, match.com lacks the option to unblock accounts, and I am unable to contact them from the remote nurse location where I work Monday to Friday. Hospitals or health facilities wouldn't permit such communications, leaving me with limited cell phone access to try and resolve this issue.

A couple of years ago, my account was unexpectedly blocked by the company even though I had many months left on my paid membership. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to their customer support via email for an explanation, they failed to provide any concrete evidence or coherent explanation for their decision. After managing to speak with a representative over the phone, I was met with further ambiguity and a refusal to disclose the reason behind the block. It is frustrating that they refuse to divulge their rationale for blocking my account, especially considering that I have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior on the platform. I suspect that the arbitrary blocking may be due to the profile picture I chose to use, which was a precautionary measure to prevent misuse of my image. It is unfair to be labeled as a potential scammer or harasser without any basis. I have not even had the opportunity to use my paid membership or communicate with any users. It would be greatly appreciated if any updates could be directed to my Yahoo email.

I recently canceled my one-year subscription and switched to a three-month plan. After being charged $76.48 and reimbursed $[redacted].91, I noticed I can't access my account without reactivating it. I'm concerned about being charged again if I reactivate. The message states that upon reactivation, my subscription will automatically renew at the agreed rate unless canceled. I'm unsure if this means I will face another $76.48 charge. Your help clarifying this situation would be appreciated.
