I cancelled my subscription and my profile but was then charged twice for $**.**. Once in August and once this month. I called to get a refund and they wanted me to give them remote access to my personal cell phone so they could see everything I'm doing on my phone while I'm downloading some random app and jumping through many hoops then they wanted my banking information!!!! All to "verify my identity". That's the biggest crock of ****. They are absolute crooks. They have my debit card number and took the money so why can't they put money right back on same card. Why all the nonsense fishy requirements to verify my identity. They are only place on the planet with such ridiculous fishy requirements.
GetHuman1723262 did not yet indicate what Match.com should do to make this right.
