Hello, *I downloaded the Match.com application on my iPhone and selected the *-month membership on ******* and paid for it. I did not realize that it would automatically renew, and have since been unknowingly billed * more times for the membership. The dates that I was billed are *******, *******, and ********. I believe that iTunes is reversing my charge on ******** because it is currently pending and I have unsubscribed since realizing that I have been billed for so much money. I used the application for a very short time and have not accessed the application in several months. I was wondering if there is any way that I could receive a refund for the months that I did not utilize. I would be open to using Match.com in the future, but the automatic renewal has really turned me off to downloading the application again, as I thought that I was only signing up for a *-month membership when I initially paid that fee. Please let me know if there is anything you can do to improve my experience with Match.com. Thank you, Jessica
