I used to use a profile that I haven't used in a long time, and I probably only used it a few weeks then.. Anyways I really need to change my profile way.. It has been taken wrong by nasty people.. Anyways, I rejoined and paid for A * month membership like last week... I can't change my user name, I can't even see my profile, but it will definitely need to be updated as will my pictures. If I can't change my user name and my profile and pics I will need to cancel and refund the time I went to use it. I don't understand how when I went to rejoin... It said my account was closed so I rejoin... Thinking everything would be gone and it throws me right back to my old account! Please help me totally erase my old account and start a new one with a new name
