I'm not sure how much more detail is wanted. I was offered a complimentary period of time on match.com site for £*.** and I assumed that once the period was over I would have to re-apply for further time on the site. I did not wish to pay any more money so presumed that current membership would not continue. I have just received a bank statement & my account was debited on **th March and **th April at £**.** each month. I did not request further time on the site and was therefore not aware that this money was being taken out of my account. Therefore I would be grateful if you could reimburse these payments to me as almost £** is too much to ignore. I trust this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.
