I Signed up for the match.com free * day trial. However you guys never sent me any communications and I then my card was charged for $** in change I got on your site today and figured Out that the problem was you guys had sent it to the wrong email. You had send it to *****@***.com when my actual email address is *****@***.com. I have when have the month not even knowing that I had in the count with you guys Until I looked back at my debit card transactions. If you look back at my count I had not even attempted to log in until today and apparently I've had you since the beginning of the month or a little bit before actually. I would like a full refund as I am not happy with your customer service and the inability to get ahold of you in person and only through the week.
GetHuman767138 did not yet indicate what Match.com should do to make this right.
