I have been charged £**.** on an account I cannot access. I tried to set up a account before the one I currently use but I did not get a confirmation email and no money came out my account at the time so I assumed the old account setup did not work and registered for a new one. Now I have been charged for the first one that I cannot access, as well as for my current account. I am happy with the one month account I have right now and do not understand why I have been charged for the previous account that I had no confirmation that it’s setup was complete and I cannot access it. If possible I would like to be refunded the £**.** which was withdrawn from my account on the **th May for this unaccessible account of mine and for it to be completely removed from match.com please.
