I did not want a automatic renewal or to be on match.com anymore. I had sent a message online to a representative on May **, **** and never heard back from anyone. I explained that the email address that was used for the match.com was no longer active and could not retrieve emails or password for match.com account. I was charged another renewal fee for one month(I did not have funds for) and can't even get into my match.com account. I had sent my new email address and phone number and never heard back from anyone. I want to be refunded my money..i was not contacted like the message said, within **hrs, and I do not wish to be on match.com anymore. thank you, please help me resolve this issue.
