Get help and answers ... Been trying to straighten this claim out now going on *th week. I have spoken to no less than * individuals, and have sent two certified letters. Today I did manage to get a text access, and was connected with * DUA reps,, then was disconnected. My contact info is as follows Phone: (***)***-****, Claimant ID ********. There no contact other than, that last one disconnected. I have not received any solutions from DUA as to the nature of the problem. My Benefit year is **********-**********
Absolutely horrible system, poor information, lack of contact, multiple layers of bureaucracy, poor management, no troubleshooting guidelines for customer to make it easier. Problems abound because no ownership of accountability is given. No call backs, multiple employees handle the claim, yet no follow up, no employee identities as to a point person to resolve, no callback phone numbers or extensions. Worst experience in my life now moving into the *th week, still unresolved. As a veteran I have seen some ugliness of government performance, this is just as bad, but is just another example of a nation in decline. It fits in with everything wrong with failure of the government that is blatantly evident in this modern era.
Performance to actually solve it.
Did not expect this nightmare!
I will contact Elected Representatives to try and make this better.
