I, Edward Dutra, received papers and a form from the Health Insurance Processing Center saying that I needed to complete the annual eligibility renewal to find out if I can still receive health coverage through MassHealth. I needed to renew by November *, ****. Well, I filled out the form and mailed it to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Health Processing Center P.O. Box **** Taunton, MA *****. However, that was almost a month ago, and I have not heard back from them. I have gotten no responses and no replies. I am worried.**In addition, I attempted to renew my health coverage via the website and attempted to to create a new account by going to http:**mahealthconnector.optum.com*individual*code**ZYOY*. It did not work. I could not create a new account because it says I cannot log on because I already have another active application in the system, which is also the samething it says when I attempt to log into my account. **I will call, but thought I should email too. What is going on? What do i do?
