We apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing. To book a bra fitting appointment, you should go to the Marks & Spencer's website and navigate to the "lingerie" section. Once there, scroll down to "Bra Fit & Style Advice". In that section, you should find an option to "Book a free bra fit". Click on it and follow the prompts to book your appointment. If the problem persists, it may be a temporary issue with the website.

To return an online purchase to a Marks & Spencer store for a credit, you typically need to print a returns label. However, if you are unable to print this label, you can still return the item. Simply bring the product, along with your order confirmation email or packaging slip as proof of purchase, to your local Marks & Spencer’s store. This should be sufficient for them to process your return. If you received the item as a gift, you would still be able to do an in-store return without the original order information.

Refunds for returned items at Marks & Spencer usually take up to 14 days to be processed once the returned item is received. After this, it can take an additional 3-5 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your card provider. Please note this timeframe is an estimate and it may take less or more time. If the refund does not appear in your account after this period, we recommend checking with your bank or card provider before getting in touch with us.
