Dear Sir* Madam* My name is Alvin Samuel, presently I'm now residing in Antigua and Barbuda. On ******* about **:**-**** am. I tried to renew my magic jack service with tel* (***)-***-**** and having done so it didn't state whether or not the transaction went through. However, I contacted my bank who confirmed that the said transaction was successful and it was duplicated. At the time of this report made I am unable to use the service in which I paid for. Please reverse the duplicated transaction and please fix my service or reimburse me in full with both transactions if my problem cannot be address.
