The issue in GetHuman-rivasmus's own words
Since my subsciption was ending, I bought two new magicjack go's each with a year's subscription. I plugged them into my computer and then tried to transfer the two years of calling time to one of my new jacks. That's where the problem is. My account (account id: ******** Donald Schertzman) does show that my subsciption is good till **********, but your program does not allow me to transfer the calling time to any of my * jacks. It lists all the calling time without the jack. When i press transfer months, that works, but when I press select device, no device shows! I have tried to fix this problem on the chat, but no one could help me. Just now, i plugged in a jack (magic jack *****) and paid for another year with your site. The fee of $**.** does show on my credit card, but it does not show in my calling subscription. Please fix this. i would like all * years worth of calling time to be associated with the majicjack listed *****.
