I placed an order with Order *********** *The order was split into four orders**Orders:**ZW***R*************Z******YW**********ZE***X*YP**********Were never delivered*Our neighbor mistakenly told the driver that we had moved and the driver left no notification on the door, nor did I receive any notification via email or otherwise that the packages were being held**The final order, *Z*Y****YW*********Was delivered and left at the front door and I received this item**All the other items were held by UPS for a week and then sent back to Macy's *I had no knowledge the items were there, and as I received part of my order, I hadn't really had a reason to think the others were being held - I thought it might be a hold up due to COVID**I would appreciate a response asap*I still want my items**I can be reached at (***) ***-**** or *****@***.com*Thanks!
