My order is missing an item, when I called moments ago I was told to report the problem to the shipper and was transferred. Before being transferred I was told the order had only Two boxes. Well I got two boxes barely big enough to hold the two pillows that were ordered. In no way could a full size *” memory foam mattress topper have fit in either box so therefore it was never shipped. I also didn’t even get a paper with my order details inside either box. I would like my item as soon as possible, not next week, i can send pictures of the box’s shipped as proof there is no way that it could have fit.
GetHuman-mryogi did not yet indicate what Macy's should do to make this right.
