I encountered an issue with a Lyft ride recently and reached out to them for a refund, as well as inquired about the referral rewards. Although the refund was denied, David mentioned in the response that I would receive a $10 credit. However, I haven't seen this credit reflected in the 'Rewards' section of my Lyft app. I appreciate any guidance on how to access this credit. Thank you.

I recently attempted to reschedule my appointment for the 150th time since April of last year. I initially paid a $[redacted] deposit that was $[redacted] short, which I was unaware of. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue by contacting customer service, no one followed up with me as promised. Instead, they deactivated my account, keeping my money. I am unemployed and in need of the funds for work. I have not received any communication or a car rental despite my efforts. I am frustrated as I have not been able to reach anyone via phone or email for assistance. I prefer a phone call over email to sort out this matter promptly. The driver arrived later than expected and took a longer route to the airport, doubling the journey time. This lapse led to me rushing through security to catch my flight. The fare was $50 instead of the originally quoted $35. Following a dispute, I received only a $15 credit, leaving me still out of pocket considering the added stress and extra costs incurred. The $75 Lyft credit I had was mostly consumed by this problematic ride, leaving me with the demand for a refund to cover the avoidable charges created by the driver's error. I firmly believe that a full refund is warranted as I should not be footing the bill for a ride that nearly resulted in a missed flight during an important trip for a job interview.

Regarding the email concerning rider feedback regarding feeling unsafe, I experienced significant issues with the Lyft GPS system last night. This resulted in me missing out on two bonuses due to the system malfunctioning. An issue I encountered was when the GPS directed me to take a longer route to pick up a passenger, even though they were just a few blocks away on the same street I was on. Despite following my instincts and picking them up directly, I faced similar challenges multiple times during the night, causing confusion and frustration for both myself and the passengers. This not only impacted my bonuses but also raised concerns about safety for both myself and my vehicle. Hello, I've been trying to contact LYFT for over 24 hours now with no luck. It's disappointing that a company like LYFT doesn't offer 24/7 customer service to its users. I've attempted calling LYFT but have been unsuccessful as there seems to be no customer service number available. To reiterate my issue, I accidentally left my phone in my last LYFT ride. Hi. I am experiencing a few issues that I need help with. 1) I have been trying to update my Lyft phone number to [redacted] but have failed several times. The system directs me to contact Lyft customer support, but I can't find a way to do that. My current phone number is [redacted]. 2) I'm having trouble signing up for delivery service. 3) I face difficulties setting a ride filter, as it prompts me to check safety information on the web repeatedly, although I have done so. I recently had my car serviced last week as I noticed the battery wasn't charging properly, showing low levels. I inquired with the mechanic if everything was in order. Despite them affirming they had checked everything, it seems my battery remains an issue, so I may need to seek assistance elsewhere. I also mentioned a chip on my windshield from 2 weeks ago, but the clerk dismissed it, stating it was too late to address. Although the car was meant to be cleaned thoroughly inside and out, I found it lacking in the vacuuming department, even though they claimed it had been sanitized. This situation is troubling me as it impacts both my safety and that of my passengers. I have a photo of the battery indicator for reference. I assumed this would have been part of the regular check-up.

My name is Lawrence Borowiec, and I am a Lyft driver. Today, my first rider was very abusive and yelled at me throughout the trip, giving conflicting directions to the app's route. She criticized me over the phone, calling me a "stupid Lyft driver" and causing unsafe driving conditions. The encounter left me so disconcerted that I had to end my day early. This left me unable to focus on providing excellent service to my subsequent riders. I forgot to rate the first rider due to the stressful situation. I strive to offer the best service to my passengers and appreciate any feedback to improve.

I'm finding it difficult to get in touch with Lyft customer support. I'm seeking assistance regarding my 22-year-old Autistic son who uses Lyft. While I receive notifications when he requests, is en route, and arrives, I need additional information on his ride details, such as the starting and ending addresses as well as the fare charged for each trip. As a Lyft driver since [redacted], I recently received a complaint from a rider about inappropriate audio in my vehicle. Typically, I play country music, but recently switched to listening to "Netflix as a Joke Radio" on Sirius XM Satellite Radio, channel 93. It features stand-up comedians discussing current issues, which I enjoy, but I understand it may not be suitable for all passengers. I apologize for any discomfort caused and assure you that I will not play the radio while driving in the future. Please reactivate my driver status as driving for Lyft is my primary source of income, especially as I have a three-month-old daughter to support. I was billed for two rides that I never took as the driver picked up another passenger instead of me. The trips were shorter than the requested destination of Torrance, CA. I was charged for local rides instead. I would like a refund for these incorrect charges. I had a disappointing experience and will not use Lyft in the future. Please address this issue promptly. Recently, my Lyft ride cost around $19, but I received a notification stating that my new charge was $44. This has happened before, and when I attempted to reach out to Lyft, I was unsuccessful and did not try again. I suspect that they may be retroactively adding their own tip to the fares. I usually don't tip the drivers, as I use Lyft frequently. I would like a refund of all the money that was added as tips on my previous rides. I have encountered multiple instances where my fare was adjusted, causing a significant inconvenience.

I currently do not have another credit card to add to my account for verification purposes. I have already added four credit cards to my account. I have $30 in Lyft credits that I am unable to utilize because I do not have another card on file. I would like a refund of the $30 credited back to my original card, and I would like to close my account. Every time I request a ride, Lyft uses the funds from my card instead of the Lyft credits I purchased and selected as my payment option. Thank you.

My card was stolen, and it seems someone used my Cash App card information to make two unauthorized charges of $8 each. I do not have a Lyft account and have never linked my card there. I want to be refunded for these charges. Additionally, I need my card details removed from the unauthorized user's account. If any future attempts are made using my card, I request that they be flagged for verification to ensure they are legitimate.

I arranged a Lyft pickup for 5:30 am on Saturday, December 19th. Received a text at 5:22 am from Benjamin stating he arrived early and would wait until 5:35 am. Benjamin messaged me at 5:23 am, and I informed him I would be down in 5 minutes. When I arrived at 5:26 am, Benjamin was not there. I texted him at 5:26 am, only to learn he was no longer assigned to me. This caused me to be late for my flight as I had to book a taxi, costing me almost double. I am extremely upset that Benjamin left before 5:30, as the text stated someone would wait until 5:35 am. It's disappointing and unprofessional service. I made a reservation on 12/19 for the 21st, thinking it was for a car, but it turned out to be a driver and ride. I tried to cancel multiple times and called, but there was no response. When I went outside in the garage to wait and talk to the driver, he wasn't there. I then saw a car parked down the street in visitor parking and approached the driver, but he drove away without a response. I expected to be picked up at my address. I'm requesting a refund for the $4 cancel charge or an explanation. This is my second time using Lyft and I found it incredibly frustrating. Later, another ride was coming, and I tried to cancel and call, but the link didn't work. I reached out to customer service, and they were unhelpful, even suggesting I talk to a lawyer. This has been a negative experience. It's disappointing, especially since this is linked to Delta, which I use frequently for flights.

I was driving for Lyft, and everything was fine with no issues that I know of. Somehow, I received a message from Lyft stating that my account was put on hold. I have no idea what happened. I have been waiting for over two weeks now, and every time I try to reach out to them, they give me the same response that someone from Lyft support will contact me through email. I have been waiting too long for them.

I encountered multiple issues with my Lyft experience recently. Last Thursday, on 12/16, a driver refused to pick me up simply because I did not have my ID with me. To make matters worse, he drove off without me and I never received a refund for the missed ride. The following day, on 12/17, a charge of $12.46 appeared on my account for a ride at 8:28 am, which I did not authorize. Now, I am facing further frustration as the app is not loading or functioning properly. I find this situation utterly unacceptable. I am adamant about getting a refund for these unauthorized charges or seeking resolution for these issues promptly, as this experience has been disappointing.

Today, December 21, [redacted], at 10:10 AM with VLADISLAV, we requested a ride from [redacted] FDR Drive. The driver claimed to be at the location but was nowhere to be found. After multiple calls and messages, the driver finally responded but was actually at [redacted] Grand Street, which was quite a distance to walk for us, considering both my husband and I have walking issues. The driver did not apologize and instead complained about us. We always follow the rules, and drivers should do the same.

I'm Mildred Henríquez Veras. I took a trip from JFK Airport to 50 Paladino Ave. on Sunday, December 19th, [redacted]. I was quoted a special rate of $59.99 due to a 10% promotion for my first Lyft ride. However, the driver informed me of a road construction, resulting in a longer journey to the airport and an additional charge of $72.05. I am disputing this charge as I did not request or expect such a lengthy route due to road conditions.
